This course offers the basic knowledge about the functions and the components of IBM's DB2 relational data base, explains the characteristics of a DB2 table and the basic concepts of data modeling and provides the information for the responsibilities of a data base and system administrator. With many hands on exercises the course provides instructions to generate simple and SQL statements including ADD, REMOVE or CHANGE functions.
